If a caller leaves a message I hear that I have 1 new message, I hit L for listen, AA says the message has been saved, but I cant play the message, if the caller hits pound after leaving the message, I always get the message. So I must leave in my recorded greeting hit pound after leaving the message, cant this system record a message without hitting the pound sign? Thank You in advance
