Just took over a former businesses phone system and we need to change the Auto Attendant message to reflect the new company name, hours, info ect... Can anyone help me with this? I know it has to be simple, but I'm totally stymied if I can figure it out. I have all the mailboxes configured and their messages recorded, just can't get to the initial AA message to change it!
HELP please!!
