VoiceMail Disconnect DS2000

Before any NecTech's blast me for being a customer, we are in an area where NEC has decertified all but one tech. Don't ask.
Anyway, I am IT and qualified on other Tel systems, so I have managed to do many things.
Problem: leave voice mail, hang up - line stays connected to voice mail for 2 minutes then disconnects.
