DS2000 - No Ring

Hi, I've got a DS2000 system here with Ver. 3.22.00. I installed the intramail unit about 2 weeks ago, but yet have to configure it using the PC program so it's currently in default state. This morning, I relized that incoming calls are not ringing. The lines/buttons blink but no rings. I am not sure how this happened all of a sudden. Could anyone please advice why/how this may have happened & how I can reolve it so the phones ring.
