Leo, you should be pissed-off at yourself for being illiterate. Or stupid.
It is clearly stated at the top of this page, that this site is operated by AbleComm, not by NEC.
AbleComm is an NEC-trained and certified dealer for NEC DS and DSX phone systems. We do not sell or support other NEC systems.
This site exists primarily to help customers of AbleComm, and also helps others who own or use DS and DSX systems.
Neither NEC not AbleComm has an obligation to help you. The company who sold you your system does have that obligation. If you are not satisfied with your dealer, you can ask NEC to recommend another company.
If you think there should be a support forum for your kind of NEC phone system, you can start one.
