You may think you paid a lot, but you paid it to the wrong person... and may have paid too little.
When you buy at an auction, you may get a bargain, but you seldom get a warranty or support.
If your phone system is important to your business, you should have bought from an authorized dealer who would have provided tech support.
Tech support for NEC phone system is provided by NEC dealers. NEC will not help you. AbleComm's technicians have not been trained to program Electra systems, and could not help you even if they wanted to.
Please find a local dealer with experience on Electra.
