
Posted by Bob By accessing Intercom 700 and then configuring mailbox 360, (the mailbox for the messages w/ notification, but no physical phone), I can leave a message, but the notification, which is set to 12AM and 12 AM does not dial out. Does anyone know why? Do I really need a physical phone connected to that extension? All help is greatly appreciated in advance. Thanks

I have my system programmed to leave a voice mail in a mailbox that does not have a physical phone attached to it. (NEC DSX80 w/ Intramail).
