I am having an issue with a DSX80 System connected to voice ports from a local Cable/TELCO Company. The end user is hearing the ring signal once they go off hook to answer. This is irratating to the user. Has anyone had this problem and do you know a fix?
It is like the telco provider doesn't recognize that my customer is off hook to answer the call.
