I am installing a DSX-40 and one of the things the customer (my wifes business!) wants is to be able to sometimes cause calls to go to a cell phone. Looks like they could forward individual phones to external numbers, or we could use the auto-attendant/intramail to forward calls.
The question; what is the easiest method of turning this on and off (I prefer to avoid the users going into system manager)
Maybe easiest would be for them to turn on night ring, which would then send all calls to one extension (can I do that?) and have that one extension forwarded to external. ???
