DS-1000

I have just inherited maintenance on an existing DS1000 system. I have 5 phones on the system.
I moved one phone to a different office. This phone rings, however it does not page any of the other phones nor does it show who is on the lines. When I move the phone back to the origian office everything works fine. Any assistance in this would be appreciated.
