Cable your analog card via 4 pair cables with an RJ61 end to a 66, a Bix, a Krone, or aa110 block and cross connect one of the ports to your inside wiring,
then,
Program the extension for ringing assignment, prime line assignment, class of service assignment, toll restriction assignment, Dial 9 group assignment, etc...
