Caller ID - DS1000/2000

After reading other post...I still am unable to even get any calls to display. When I go into program 1001 it says trunk port?1...it will allow me to change #... Type is ?Loop Start DTMF, i didnt see any option to change it to DSP. I did go into program 0101 & enable all CLID to Yes. Any Help would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks
