Ck Co-Workers Caller ID on DS1000/2000

According to my manual it says to press ICM then check & then the line. it doesnt seem to work. it just gives the line #. of course i can not figure out how to enable the caller id & am waiting for another reply to that but when that problem is fixed I would like to use the third party caller id feature. so let me know if i am doing it properly. thank you - J
