You need to set the lines to go to aa/vm. In Trunks, under the Option tab you will see Ring Destination for day and night. In Key Ring it will ring phones first, if you want it to go directly to auto attendant set it for Extension, then 700. This will have it pick up and give the general greeting and the list of choices for press 1, press 2, etc. Configuring the voice mail is in the Voice Mail section using the routing and answer tables. You need to know how the calls will be set up to fill this part out.
