Auto Attendent Stops Answering

We've just started experiencing a problem where our DS2000 system auto attendant stops working. People calling in just hear the phone ring and ring, but we do not hear anything as auto attendant is supposed to answer and direct incoming calls. Has anyone else had this happen?
