Hi
All I know is that I asked Ablecomm among other retailers for quotes by email, and got no response.
The DSX systems are not available in my country, otherwise I would have gone to a local supplier
to avoid the payment, shipping, and customs hassles.
When I eventually contacted NEC they informed me of their North America-only policy, which they do not exactly publicize.
I am surprised that this issue has not come up before, which is why I mentioned it. Maybe this will help other potential foreign clients going down the same dead-end road I did.
