"Port" Swap on DS2000

I have a DS2000 that I am trying to install. I worked on phone systems off and on up until about 5 years ago. I just think I have forgotten more than I learned! The first "port" on the card is bad...(Even though I redid the cabling, 2 extensions plugged into that port will not work). So, I wanted to swap the first port that has the first RJ45 plugged in with the last port (because I do not need that many extensions).....via software. I have read the manual...I have the configuration program hooked up...Just can't figure out how to "software wise" make the first "physical port" and the last one swap? How do i do this?
