I installed a DS2000 about 2 years ago for a customer. They have 6 trunks. It has voice mail and Auto Attendant; The firmware has not been updated since install and had the latest firmware available on install.
They do not have direct in dial lines. Auto attendant allows callers to dial a given extension as well as a given department.
Can we configure this so a given extension can cal forward to an outside phone # (e.g. if the caller dials ext 309 which is the service dept or 2 which is also ext 309, could this be set, when wanted, to auto call forward the call to the service manager's cell and route the call out another trunk and ring the cell?
