Here are instructions to forward out. Let me know if it works.
CALL FORWARD A CALL TO AN OUTSIDE PHONE NUMBER
A)In program 1002 put Trunks (all?) in a trunk group (90) for order of dial out
B)In program 1003 enable ''Tandem Trunking'' for the trunks in the group.
C)In program 0101 enable ''Off Premise Call forwarding'' for COS 2
D)In program 1701 set a ''Call Forward Key" that will toggle betwwen no
forward or phone#.
E)From extension-
ICM * 33
press NUM
press 90 then HOLD
enter number then HOLD
if you see 720 override hit NO
in forward option set TRNK
