2 things:
1. Sometimes when people dial an extension, it actually goes to another extension. Just sometimes. Is there a way to change the sensitivity of this?
2. I have the system set to where the caller can dial "0" and it rings teh ring group (Everyone). But, from that point, I can't figure out how to make it go to a general voicemail box. It just rings and rings till they give up or until someone answers..
Can you please help with one or both of these issues? thanks!
