NEC Aspirephone 22B

Have Aspirephone 22B. Cannot make it ring when called. I checked ring volume, and it does ring when adjusted, so the ringer works. Also, the lights do light up. It is not on DND - checked that. Have other NEC Aspirephones in the office. They work fine. And...this phone USED to ring. Help!
