DS2000 call forwarding to my cell phone

Have a DS2000 and want to know how to forward calls to my cell phone. Want to look at two ways. One is when an employee that is in the office forwards a call to my extention, how to make that forward to my cell. Two is, how to forward all calls to my cell, meaning no one is in the office.
