stand alone vm boxes?

I have fumbled through setting this DS2000 up. I used to do telephony work several years ago...and am quite a bit rusty. I have the phones setup as ext's 301-306. No operator. Auto-attendant answers, and they can either enter the extension, or press "0" for "all call". That is set to go to ring group 600. So, 2 questions:
1., How can I setup a mailbox that will answer that "all call" if NO ONE picks up after several rings? Right now, if you hit "0" and all phones ring...it will just ring until the caller decides to give up.

2., I want to setup other mailboxes for people that don't have their own extension. How do I set these up? And, once I do, how do I set the autoattendant to give an option to leave that person a voicemail?

Sorry for all of the questions...But, I can send screen prints of all I have done...and maybe someone can help me out?
