dsx80 intramail setup

newbie:
Need help!! I have a system that i installed intramail they now want it to answer all calls,have dail 1-for direction 2-accounting 3-sale 4-service 5-cancel appointment 0-operator. i have read the manual but i want to make sure i works correct from the start,without the learning curve, can someone give me a what to do list.
