Hey everyone, I recently took overf as admin and guess what? no user guides or documentation left from previous sys admin. Anyways I am unable to figure out how to change the internal prompts when checking voicemail from the phone. External callers hear the correct new prompts. Also when doing internal phone transfers it still uses the old employee names.
Can anyone assist? I found 1 user manual but it did not address voicemail setup options.
