It's extremely unlikely that you will get any help here for two reasons:

(1) You attached your question to a thread that was started many, many months ago, and probably no one will see it.

(2) As stated at the top of the main page, we do not support Dterm systems. Your best source of help is the company that sold or maintains your system. Unlike NEC DS and DSX systems, Dterm was not intended to be sold for DIY installation or programming. NEC doesn't even make Dterm manuals widely available.

Unfortunately, these things are not often considered when people purchase phone systems, and then they find they are prisoners of expensive, unpleasant or clueless dealers. Good luck.
