Hi,
We have a set of NEC DS1000/2000 phones in our small office in one location and are now planning to set up a new office location. The new office location will have a different phone number, but instead of telling clients who call into the main office number that, "you have to hang up and call the new number for that office," we want to be able to give them the new number AND transfer their call to the new number / new office also.
I've carefully read through the reference manual and can't figure out how to do this... can someone help me figure out, how do you answer an incoming call, and then try to transfer the caller to an outside line (i.e., the other office location)?
