MSG >>> on a Elite IPK 16 Button Display Phone

I don't know what I did, or how I did it, but now the LED light on my phone fast blinks all the time. I do not get notification that I have messages anymore, and the screen reads "MSG >>> CC RM One" = 'CC RM One' being an office down the hall.

I have down loaded the manual for this phone, but I still don't know how to fix this. Can anyone help me get my phone to act normal again?
