Hello,
Looks like this has been covered a few times but the links have been removed.
I have a somewhat sophisticated set up with a toll number that is randomly routed to any 6 incoming local exchange lines before it reaches an autoattendant asking to press 1 for customer service, 2 technical service or dial your extension now (3xx). The incoming calls where the customer hit 1 get routed to one group of phones and the incoming calls where the customer hit 2 get routed to another group of phones.
Is there a way to transfer a call once answered internally out to external number, say a cell phone, that will not impact my call routing or hunt groups? If so, how can I do this?
