Help !! System is disconnecting call before answer

I have a DS2000 with three incoming lines. Lines 2 and 3 work fine. However line one is having an issue I cannot figure out. The system will disconnect the incoming call before it is answered, usually on the second ring. It does this about half the time, the other half the system will process the call properly. I cannot find any differences between the lines in the settings of the system administrator. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am on Version 03.22.00. Thank you.
