PBX Gone in to Factory Default Mode

Hi All Gurus,

somehow my NEC IPS 2000 PBAX gone into factory default restore mode. It is not connecting to PRI card.
I am planning to reinstall the whole software but didnt find any where in Internet. Please suggest me any location. Also the software floppy which comes with the system is very old and now it is not working as we were never told by our support partner that this software floppy is so important.
Please please please help me!!!
