We have recently installed a VAU (optima 124i 384i phone with NVM-series)so that callers intantly get a recorded message with extenstions when they call our main line. We have set up personal extensions and one main transfer 'dial 1' for a phone that was intended to be answered by multiple employees without leaving their desk. Before installing the VAU we were able to see and pick-up calls on other employees lines (Line 1 - 11 using the function keys). With the recent change we are no longer able to do so (we hear a ring tone followed by the message attached to the individual phone). Is there a way that we can interrupt a transfer, without leaving our desk?
