Operator extesion doesn't forward calls to behind the bar

Currenty have DSX80 set working ok, just upgrade too t-1 at home. Anyway how do you the calls routed via did to be routed to voicemail.

I've tried a lot of settings and nothing seems to take. I'm will to pay a few dollars for some great help.
