I've inherited a messed up system, dsx 80 with T1 card and a block of DID's assigned to it. But for some reason the operators phone doesn't forward calls to the routing mailbox. It will forward if the phone is on DND. I've been through the system and have gotten a bunch of stuff fixed up. But this is a bit odd. If anyone has a good solution or wants to walk me through it, I'd be willing to pay for some help. call me at 612-270-2957
