DSX 80 no lights on phone.

Hi.

Just a tip to a problem we just saw. DSX would boot but the station card stayed solid on the LED's. No Lights on phones and no display. Turned out to be a broadcast storm from the network switch it was plugged into. We unplugged the IP cable and the phones came back.
