I have a DS2000 that lost the caller id setting in the TRUNK area only(Option 1001), it didn't change in the CLASS OF SERVICE area (Option 0101). The system also lost the time. All other settings were kept. There was no power outage known of. Customer did unplug a station and reconnect with the system on, but didn't notice if this caused the time or CID problem. Could there be an underlying problem causing this?
