I am from No. Berwick, about 40 minutes from the New Hampshire border. We grew up in Arundel, a town that borders Kennebunkport on the west. I was just a small girl when Charlie lived here, I believe I was 8 or so when he left, maybe younger. He and his family would come and visit their paternal grandparents, whom lived also in Arundel, about 1/2 mile from where I lived. So we were able to see each other quite often. His sister and I were and still are best of friends. Charlie has always had a warm and welcome personality. Even as a silly little girl who hung out with his sister, he never made me feel less then his friend. Even now, tho we have only seen each other twice in 10 years, it is as tho we see each other once a month, we just pick up the conversation where we left off. All of Charlies family is still close to my heart. and yes, I have stories, for a later time.
