Hey Chris...no we don't have it copyrighted or anything like that but we have been using the name for a little over five years. Obviously having two bands with same name could create some identity conflicts and confuse yours and our fan bases. But you have just as much right to use the name Oracle as we do. And, hey, what can you say, "Great minds think alike."
