Trust me this is a VERY personal issue, not just government getting in the middle of something. As a non-smoker I am tired of breathing the disgusting and choking air just to get the chance to have a drink out and dance the night away. Every time I go out, I pay the price with my sinuses. The last time it cost me time away from work, a doctor billand ruined two vacations. I would gladly pay a cover charge to be able to find a place to dance without the smoke. The least an establishment can do is put some decent venilation.
