Imagine how shocked I was to make a random search on Google upon a whim after doing some old Ultima research for inspiration, and actually find results!
Hello everyone (and a hearty Hail! to Lord David), for I am home to visit.
Since my passing days of Ultima Online, I have since tried many MMORPGs, and met with much failure. For a brief time, Moregar and I operated a group called the Knights of the Mystic Order on Neverwinter Nights. Eventually I broke off and went solo, aiding in the forming of Legacy on Final Fantasy XI, and eventually the prize: Vagrant Knights for Monster Hunter on the Playstation 2.
Accumulating all my governing lessons from past failures (lack of member management in Knights of the Mystic Order, lack of a heirarchy in Legacy, etc), I organized a Guild with the aid of real-life friend Drew and recruited a small number of members. A year and a half has passed, and through many hardships and an ever-increasing and improving morale, Vagrant Knights now operates beyond Monster Hunter as a true Online Guild.

This site will soon be updated in the following months with the latest CSS and Javascript modifications on my paid, ad-free server. However, that's not everything. We're currently discussing turning our deep hand-made fiction into a series of novels and expanding into other upcoming releases such as Phantasy Star Universe and Monster Hunter 2 (both for PS2, our platform of choice as PC has not shown any decient online action-adventure titles coming, except for SUN).
Vagrant Knights is definitely the dream project I've personally always aimed for. But David's past leadership was the guiding light that kept me trying until I nailed it down.
I know I told you this once when we bumped into each other last time in the CoH Beta, David, but per chance you should come back to the forums sometime and read this again, I will let you know it anew:
I am eternally grateful for everything you did for me.
Despite all the trouble I was, and all the problems that plagued the guild, you made something that pulled me through the roughest part of my life and I will never forget the sacrifices you made, the forgiveness you offered, and the knowledge you bestowed. You taught me how to appreciate fantasy.
Now I'm working to help a new generation get on their feet as well. But our stories are far from over. Next year, I will be attending Full-Sail college and taking their Video Game design and development course. I intend to begin and operate my own company within 5 years with a small-business loan, eventually covering not only Video Games, but Animation, Art, and Writing.

I'd also like to thank Tazzed, Moregar, Jason, (Ice Cold, whatever you real name might be. ), Alucard Belmont, Zeddicus, Kessler, Mordane Wildwind (who is the very reason I found out about this group in the first place), and so many more for the fun and experience we've had. Ultima may have changed for the worse, but I assure you we will not.
