Posted by David Orcslayer Dark Age of Camelot, Star Wars Galaxies(after release and again after the Combat Fix, but I dropped it after they 'killed' it also), City of Heroes, and Guild Wars. I have also tried a recent Beta of a certain online game based on a classic trilogy of fantasy novels that were made into a trilogy of movies but was highly unimpressed (basically it seems like a rehash of Guild Wars to me). I did get to try, briefly, a demo of World of Warcraft and I must say that it does seem like a good game. To me though Age of Conan seems like it is shaping up to be a pretty awesome game... no hardware issues there (for me at least) since it is coming out on the 360. As far as who I've had contact with over the years, Jason III was on Star Wars Galaxies with me when it first opened but we soon lost contact. Also I have Zweihander's email address and he seems to be doing well. Beyond that I've been contacted occasionally by other members such as Kessler. I won't say yes or no to any particular game yet (unless it's that Beta I mentioned...) but I will say that I am open. I agree with what you said about Ultima Online, at least partly. I think what made it such a great game was the fact that it was so wide open and allowed for a great deal of imagination to play in if you wanted it to. Also there was a social aspect there that is not present in most games... people don't stop and say 'hail stranger' when you encounter them on a far off adventure. But from what I understand UO has been broken in a lot of ways to, so I don't really see getting that again as an option. If you all have Xbox 360s though or are thinking about getting them, you might want to take a look at Age of Conan... --Previous Message--

I think that reuniting would be pretty awesome as well. I've never played another MMORPG where there was quite the connection we had with Order of the Flaming Knight. Here's my roundup of titles tried (since UO):
