First off, Welcome Back Rayden... The council Meetings are at 9 PM EST on thursdays and guild meetings are at 10 PM EST on Fridays. We moved the time up to help the activity level. There are a few things that you have missed, and as far as uniforms, nothing else has been discussed on the matter.
