Would defanitely like someone to be w/ for a first venture back to rhets but much thanks for the info. I go to C. City a fair amount already so since i'm up north, i probably wont drive back south. Will just make something happen right there. What kind of car does grumpy surfer dude drive?
I never like to estimate my own skills because then it seems i will soon get humbled but i'd say basic skills are wired. I've been out in fairly choppy conditions w/ out too many problems. My problem is probably more conditioning. I find myself falling in after about an hour due to leg fatigue.... especially w/ much bump on the water. I have also not been out SUPing in super big surf so i'm sure my skils getting over bigger whitewater are lacking.
