Hi, I am looking for the parents of Robert H. (Humes) Gillespy, and he was born abt. 1840 in PA. He shows up in Ohio Co., WV census of 1880. I suspect that he is connected to the "Humes" family since he has that middle name. He had a son THURMAN who became a doctor. Thurman was born abt. 1878. Any leads or other info will be greatly appreciated. I think Fayette co. PA is a possibility for their location. thanks so much! Barb Swisher-McCarty
