Any information on Twins, a Girl & Boy born on 2/15/1927.
The people that adopted Dolly was '' GORDY & OSCAR CHEW''.
Dolly comitted suicide because she had melanoma cancer of the eyes.
She jumped from a bridge into the Ohio River sometime in the 50's, possibly 1959.
Birth Certificate reads ''FRANK PRESLEY FELL''.
The people that adopted Frank was '' EMMA & JOHN FELL''.
I was told the adoption papers were in Bucks Co , PA.
I tried to get Adoption Records but were told they were Sealed.What can I do ?
