My late Aunt Alberta Rusackas of Shenandoah, PA was a very close friend of a man named Leo J. Ploppert. He was an artist and illustrator and was my aunt's art teacher as well. I know that he lived in the Shenadoah area and that he is deceased (as is my aunt).
I would like any info on him because he gave my aunt several of his paintings, and he even painted one especially for me. (My mother's family came from Shenandoah.)
