I am searching for the parents of Andrew Brown Koontz. Robert M. Koontz who I believe is related to Andrew Brown Koontz lists his father as being from PA. Does anyone of a knowlege of the Koontz family in PA. Both Robert M. Koontz and Andrew Brown Koontz list VA as place of birth. Thank you for any help.
