The downstairs hallway and kids rooms have berber as does the stairway to the upstairs. All the same blue color. The master bedroom has a pale green berber. The living room has regular wall-to-wall carpeting in a pale beige type color. I love the berber as it hides dirt. I have plans someday to tear out the berber on the stairs and put in hardwood steps. I don't know what we were thinking putting a light colored carpet in the living room. It was fine until we had kids and pets running around. We plan to tear it out and put in hardwood flooring sometime.
