Reading what all's going on there, it's no wonder that you are overwhelmed! (((Hug!))) I'm sorry for any of it happening, yeslet all at once!
As for Brandon, been there and done that, and it's scary as heck!! No wonder you are so worried, and at the risk of making things worse, I have to add, and well you should be. The woman sounds like a bonafide threat to me.
Since she's done this before, maybe she will turn her attentions elsewhere soon? That's a terrible thought in one way, but... How about, she gets the help she needs? That's really what's needed. I'm praying for Brandon's safety!
That sounds like our weather last week, and I really enjoyed it.
Oh, you are going to love the raised beds! 
To be honest, I'm feeling a little discouraged today about how I feel. But I'm sure it will improve very soon, thanks for asking.
