And boy do I know that. I go to do a lap or two, and end up doing 4 or 5 or 10.

Exercise really works. My yard has a bit of an incline, so I can feel the up and down in my legs. Plus add a trip to and from the mail box first and suddenly I'm raring to go.
It really helps keep my weight stable. And helps keep both my BS and my BP mostly where they should be.
Extras are my breathing has improved. In though nose, out through mouth.
For me... I'm a semi fanatic. lol
As for emotions, it helps by letting me walk them off.
